Urban Remedy cleanse

Urban Remedy was created with a simple philosophy: food is medicine. The Los Angeles based company makes 100% organic juice cleanses, shakes, and snacks. All are gluten free, raw, vegan and sourced directly from farms.

After juicing for over a decade, founder, Neka Pasquale, witnessed dramatic changes in her acupuncture patients after 3-5 days—a transformative experience that underscored her understanding of the healing benefits of live, raw foods. Neka began experimenting and creating live, raw foods, salad dressings and wholesome juices as the genesis of Urban Remedy. Born by popular demand, Urban Remedy morphed into a focused juice business as her clients reported they didn’t have time to wash and juice produce then clean up afterwards, multiple times a day.

Urban Remedy Diet Spike

I haven’t done a complete cleanse, but I tried samples of the juices and they are really delicious! I tried the After Party (beet root, carrot, ginger, apple and lemon) and the Soothe blend (cucumber, celery, spinach, apple, ginger, parsley and lemon). I also tried the Diet Spike, which is a little shot you can add to the juice. It contains green tea extract and resveratrol in a probiotic base. Perfect for my ongoing weight loss crusade!

My diet is not usually full of raw, healthy foods, so these juices are pretty great for me. The fresh fruits, veggies and herbs are great for hair, skin, nails and of course – overall health and wellbeing. Check ’em out at UrbanRemedy.com.
