Today is a cold and gloomy day in Los Angeles, so I put on a Spotify holiday playlist, ate some “definitely-not-on-my-diet” cookies, and did some photos and swatches for you! Too Faced comes out with adorable holiday gift sets every year and their 2019 gift sets are no exception! I’ve already reviewed the gorgeous Gingerbread Girl Melted Matte lipstick (click here to check it out). Today I have the Let It Snow, Girl, Christmas Star and Christmas Cookie House Party gift sets to show you. This is going to be a photo-heavy post, but I have a lot of pics to share!
Christmas Star Makeup Collection – $44 ($213 value)
The gingerbread-scented Christmas Star gift set comes with a star-shaped palette that has TWENTY eyeshadow shades and FIVE highlighter/blush/bronzer shades! I actually ran out of real estate on my arm when swatching these – there are so many! I feel like the quality (pigmentation and lack of fall out) was the best for this palette. I also really love the colors in this one, so I have to say it’s my fave. The set also comes with a full sized cool pink, sparkly lip gloss in Ginger Snap and a travel sized BTS mascara.
Eyeshadow & Face Star palette shades:
- Good Tidings
- Snuggle Weather
- Cashmere
- So Frosty
- Bells & Whistles
- Pink Ice Skate
- Cranberry
- Jingle Mingle
- Golden Ginger
- Toast!
- Trim The Me
- Feliz Navidad
- Deepest Desire
- Make A Wish
- Wish List
- Ornament To Be
- North Pole
- Cinnamon
- Rum Punch
- Prance Around
Too Faced Let It Snow, Girl! Gift Set $52.50 ($92 value)
The sugar cookie-scented Too Faced Let It Snow, Girl gift set comes with a 20-shade eyeshadow palette, a four-shade blush quad, bronzer and highlighter palette (Chocolate Soleil and Angel Wings), travel sized BTS mascara and travel sized Shadow Insurance eyeshadow primer. I wasn’t quite as thrilled with the eyeshadows in this palette – some were a bit repetitive or patchy. But the blush quad and bronzer/highlighter palette are top notch. And I can always use more eyeshadow primer! The packaging confused me at first. I ripped the blush cover clean off before realizing that they slide! The packaging is cardboard-based and doesn’t seem like it would hold up over the long-term. But for a deal like this, there has to be cost cutting somewhere. I’d rather it be on the packaging than the product.
Too Faced Christmas Cookie House Party gift set – $58 ($353 value)
Unfortunately, the sweet-scented Too Faced Christmas Cookie House Party gift set seems to be sold out online. This is such a good deal – I can see why. You may still find it in-stores (I think it was sold at Sephora). It’s a good one! It comes with a 20-eyeshadow palette, smaller palette with 4 glitters and 2 matte eyeshadows, 3-highlighter/blush/bronzer palette, travel sized Gingerbread Man Melted Matte lipstick, travel sized BTS mascara and travel sized Shadow Insurance eyeshadow primer.
All in all, I think these are great, and the eyeshadow quality is much greater than some of their past holiday sets (especially Christmas Star and Christmas Cookie House Party). The deals are good, so even if you’ve done all your holiday shopping, you may want to order one for yourself!

Too Faced knows that packaging grabs us. What adorable gifts these would make. I know some teens just getting into makeup who’d love receiving these.

Oh, the eyeshadow palettes are so darn adorable! I love all the different shapes, especially the star-shaped one and the little round ones that look perfect for travel. The swatches are impressive too!
