Thursdays with Cheeky Rox: The Organic Pharmacy Review

Lately, my skin hasn’t been looking it’s best. I feel like my face has been extremely dull and dehydrated – which is strange because normally I actually have combination/oily skin. It may be the change of weather as we transition from spring to summer that’s affecting my skin so much, but I knew I had to find something to revitalize my face! That’s when I turned to The Organic Pharmacy. I’ve heard tons of great things about this cruelty free beauty brand and I love that they use all-natural, organic ingredients. That’s always a good sign for me because on top of my recent skin-type deviation, I have super sensitive skin so I love using products that have high quality, natural ingredients.

carrot butter cleanserThe first product that I tried out is the Carrot Butter Cleanser. The Carrot Butter Cleanser is a balm cleanser that melts away all traces of makeup and dirt. I gently massage the cleanser into my skin and then wipe my face with a damp face towel and it literally gets every last bit of makeup off of my face. It has a super luxurious formula infused with moisturizing ingredients like jojoba, sunflower oil, shea butter, cocoa butter and sesame seed oil. Every time I use this cleanser, I’m amazed at how clean my face feels and the best part is – my face doesn’t feel dry or stripped like it does with other cleansers! The oil-based formula really does a good job and giving me a deep cleanse and leaving my skin feeling moisturized and plump.

Honey and Jasmine Mask

After cleansing with the Carrot Butter Cleanser, I turned to the Honey & Jasmine Mask from The Organic Pharmacy. This mask is made for dry, dehydrated skin so I thought it would be just what the doctor ordered!

Honey and Jasmine Mask SwatchI’ve never tried a face mask quite like this one. The Honey & Jasmine Mask is actually oil-based and really does revive my skin. Again, this product is made with very moisturizing ingredients like coconut oil, jojoba, rose hip, shea butter and evening primrose, which makes my skin very happy! I apply it all over my face then wait about twenty minutes and wipe it off with a damp face towel. Whenever I use the Honey & Jasmine Mask, my skin feels soft, smooth and moisturized so, needless to say, I’ve been loving it!

These skincare goodies from The Organic Pharmacy have been my saviors lately! At first, I didn’t know how to handle my all-of-a-sudden dull skin but with these products by my side, I was able to quickly get my skin back to normal. I’ll definitely continue to use them and can’t wait to try out more products from The Organic Pharmacy!

The Jasmin oil mask looks promising to me. So many of the ingredients are so good for your skin. But what gets me excited it the scent of Jasmine. I’m sorry, but facemasks really don’t need to smell like dirt! So, Jasmin is a plus.

I’m not very familiar with organic pharmacy, so I’ll have to check out their products.

    Thanks!!
