Answer: I love supplements! My love affair started when I started working for a local health food store in high school and college. Getting nutrients from food is ideal, but most of us don’t get the nutrition we need from our diets. Some supplements are needed in higher doses to be effective.
Phosphatidylserine has been helping me a lot with my anxiety, and I’m loving Beetroot Babe (for skin, metabolism and iron absorption) and FI’T Power Workout (protein, electrolytes and enzymes that help me post-workout) from CORREXIKO. Always check with your doctor before taking any supplements.
