Tarte Rainforest After Dark Fall Collection Review
I know bunnies don’t love snakes, and although I don’t want to own one (feeding them rats? never!), I love the look of a good snake necklace or ring. So when Tarte came out with their limited edition Rainforest After Dark collection, I knew I had to have them!
The Tarte Limited Edition Rainforest After Dark Colored Clay Eye and Cheek Palette is a beauty to behold. The bamboo-inspired palette with snake motif is a stunner. The colors are highly pigmented and easy to wear. The rosy colors make my eyes look VERY green! I am a little surprised there weren’t any vibrant greens or shimmery blues in the palette, even though I tend to stick to neutrals myself. This one is a Sephora exclusive.

The Limited Edition Amazonian Clay Dual Liner is my favorite. I love gel liners, and it’s nice to have bronze/brown and black in one pot (great for travel!). I have been using mostly black to get the perfect cat eye. I much prefer this to a stick liner. It’s waterproof, so the staying power is amazing (no smudging or wearing off unless I forget I’m wearing makeup and rub my eyes like a dork). When I’m in-between eyelash extension appointments, and my lashes are starting to look spidery, the black liner really helps to camouflage that! This one is also a Sephora exclusive.

How to use: Using a mirror, place the open curler onto bare lashes. Gently squeeze the handles near the root and hold in pace for a few seconds.
