In case you hadn’t heard, sex is not just fun – it’s good for you!
Hundreds of medical studies have shown that making love, coitus, knockin’ the boots, makin’ the beast with two backs, makin’ whopee, or whatever you prefer to call it, can be good for your health. Love-making releases oxytocin, which regulates the body temperature, speeds wound healing, provides pain relief and fosters emotional bonds.

Since we agree that sex is a good thing, why would we use lubes and body oils that are harmful to our body? It’s funny how we (myself included) will spend so much time choosing safe beauty ingredients, but we don’t think about what types of sex aids we use. Maybe it’s because there haven’t been that many options.
Well, I’m excited (and all hot and bothered) to tell you about a brand I found called Good Clean Love. They have a line of organic personal lubricants, pleasure butters, passion candles and love oils for sexual enhancement.
I love their Almost Naked lube because I love the fact that it is: cruelty-free (of course), has no petrochemicals or parabens and has 95% organic ingredients.
I have to tell you that if this stuff didn’t irritate MY skin, it is HIGHLY likely it won’t irritate yours either, because I am a sensitive gal. Like any water-based lube, it doesn’t last all that long, so you have to keep applying it. I also found it to be a bit sticky, but not any worse than others I have tried. Honestly, for all the bad stuff they kept out of this product, I think it’s pretty damn good.
It’s also edible (not that I tasted it…) and safe for latex condoms and toys. (Actually, I think this stuff is healthier than my normal diet. Maybe I should start using this instead of salad dressing.)
