You Can Heal from Your Past
In the past few months, I’ve heard multiple people say the same thing about their struggles:

But Here’s the Truth:

It becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy—believing you can’t heal keeps you from healing.
What You Should Do Instead
- Stop telling yourself (or letting others tell you) that your pain is permanent.
- Keep working on new habits and healthier thoughts.
- Trust that healing is possible.
