nourish beauty box review by my beauty bunnyWorldwide Cruelty-Free Beauty Subscription Box

I can’t think of many things that excite me in the blogging world as much as getting a package at my doorstep. What’s even better is when it’s a beauty box that surprises me with an assortment of products to test out. The latest box I have been introduced to is the Nourish Beauty Box, a cruelty-free, ingredient conscious subscription box for healthy beauty enthusiasts. Each monthly box will have 3 full-sized products, and one limited edition canvas tote bag that is has a value of $70 or more per box – but for only $31-35 range depending on the subscription you choose. Plus, FREE shipping! And who doesn’t love free shipping?

So now that you know the deal, let’s dig into what I received!

seraphine-botanicals carrot and rose hydrating serum review by my beauty bunny

Seraphine Botanicals Carrot+Rose Hydrating Facial Serum – value $52.80

A non-oily oil-based serum? Almost an oxymoron! This vegan, GMO and gluten free serum promises to hydrate skin and leave it feeling silky smooth- and truly does! You literally only use a few drops (I’m talking 3-5) for face and neck while enjoying the rose scent during application. I find that putting the drops in the palm of one hand, slightly rubbing into your other palm and then patting into the face best disperses the oil evenly over the face. I love the scent of this oil and how it made my skin feel. My skin tends to be more dry around my mouth, lips and forehead so I focus on those areas the most. By using just a few drops at a time, this 1 fl oz bottle will definitely last me a while. After looking at their other products, their radish and rose balm looks like another thing I would like to try from this brand.

balanced-guru style me hair oil review by my beauty bunny

Balanced Guru Style Me Roots to End Hair Oil – value $18.99

I love that this product specifically lists that it’s safe for expectant mothers – because at 5 months pregnant, I constantly check everything I put in and on my body to make sure it’s safe for me and baby to use. Balanced Guru has a couple different hair oils in their collection, but this one is geared toward taming frizz and curls. I have straight hair, but frizziness happens! And with it being lightweight – I don’t have to worry about my fine, long hair being weighed down and looking clumpy. Although argan and pumpkin oil are listed as the over-achievers in this blend, I’m not sure what ingredient in this oil is making my nose smell something minty, but I love it. This also only requires a few drops in the palms of my hands and a run through the hair. I use this on wet or dry hair depending on how my day is going and see beautiful results either way.

peony-cosmetics vacation glow review by my beauty bunny

Peony Cosmetics Vacation Glow Pore Refining, Luminizing Pigments – value $22.00

Formulated with no mineral oils, preservatives, fragrances or phthalates, this non-comedogenic pigment sounded like something I could use on my acneic skin without worry. I love the opalescent color of this peachy-pink pigment, serving perfectly for highlighting little areas like under the brow, the cheek, or inner corners of the eyes. I also like that the jar it comes it only has a few holes so it won’t explode and get messy after being tossed around in a makeup bag. By far my favorite product out of the bunch because the color is just gorgeous. And don’t be fooled by the size of the jar – while it appears on the smaller size, you will be needing to use so little, I guarantee it will last you a long time!

nourish-box-tote bag by my beauty bunny

Nourish Beauty Box Canvas Tote – value $22.95

I need another tote bag like I need another hole in my head, but hey, I’m not complaining. A cute tote bag is always needed when you go to the market to pick up a few items, and with more stores not opting to automatically include a carry-out bag – this is a great option to stuff in your purse.

Overall, I’m very pleased with the Nourish Beauty Box. I was introduced to two very new brands (Seraphine and Peony) and love the quality of the products received. Whenever you do a subscription service it could be hit or miss but I am luckily able to use everything included in this month’s box. For all you interested bunnies out there, Nourish Beauty Box is offering a special offer to any of you wanting to try out their subscription service! Just be sure to enter code: MYBEAUTYBUNNY1 to received one free bonus item in your first box!

I love the fact you work so much with organic products. People tend to put too many chemicals on their body. They work but in the long run you never know what they actually do to your body.
