I was visiting a friend in the NYC area recently, and we decided to go to a Brooklyn craft fair. There was a ton of great stuff, but I got really excited when I saw a natural beauty product booth.
The pretty lady making the goodies was named Nordea and she gave me some samples to try. I tried little bits of her Peach Chutney body bar and G.I. Jamie body bar – both wonderful, natural soaps. My fave was G.I. Jamie – a blend of amber, cedarwood and oakmoss (I always dig the earthy scents).
She also gave me a sample of her Lavender Splash Perfume Oil.
Normally, I don’t like the scent of lavender all that much, but this is a wonderful blend of essential oils that actually smells way better than lavender, in my opinion. I invite you to check out her online shop – Nordea’s Soaperie – and try some of these goodies for yourself!
