Lulu Organics Hair Powder

in Hair on 01/05/10

Wow – this stuff is amazing! First, let me just say that I would buy Lulu Organics Hair Powder even if it was just an empty container because of the gorgeous packaging. I just re-decorated my bathroom and this product looks great on my new glass shelf. It looks like products I’ve seen at fancy antique stores.

But, does it work? Yes! It’s made with organic corn starch (it’s talc-free), white clay, baking soda, organic rice powder, organic horsetail powder and essential oils. I tried the lavender/clary sage blend and it smells wonderful. I put it on and my hair feels and looks so much cleaner! The product also comes in new scents – tuberose, jasmine and patchouli/amber (I really want to try the patchouli/amber!).

Some people (like me) really should not wash their hair every day – it’s just way too drying. Some people (like my best friend in NY) may not want to get their hair wet because there’s a blizzard outside and it’s freezing!

This is also a great product to stash in your gym bag. I don’t know about you, but I sweat a lot, so this is an essential item if I plan on being seen in public after a workout! You could also take this  product with you when camping or on vacation.

The product is a bit pricy, but it’s a luxury I would happily splurge on. It would also make a wonderful gift. And, like I said – it’s added to my French-style bathroom decor!

Lulu Organics also makes a luxury lip balm – in ruby mint. It’s made with organic hemp oil, organic coconut oil, organic jojoba oil, organic almond oil, beeswax and organic essential oils.

This luxurious lip balm goes on smooth and nourishes lips with all those emollient oils. It also has a touch of red ruby color for that just-kissed look.

I love Lulu Organics – definitely check it out!

The packaging looks awesome and the scents sound amazing – I love jasmine in particular. But the $40 price tag? Not so much. I am still going to check it out though. But how do you apply it? Does the top have holes in it to sprinkle it?

Yeah – it is expensive, but it should last a long time and it does have quality ingredients – organic essential oils, etc. It does have holes in the top to sprinkle too. 🙂

I have tried the Jasmine and the Lavender + Clary Sage, which I think that price is worth it. It’s just $30 now though, using this product boost my confidence. I hope you can also review on other products.
