They say the fragrance you wear is a symbol of your identity and I tend to agree. Whatever mood I’m in, I know there’s a complimentary scent available from FLOWER Beauty. Before I get into anymore detail about the fragrances, let me just say I love what this 100% cruelty-free brand stands for. The brand was created by Drew Barrymore (Who doesn’t love her?), and the line is composed of high-quality, custom-formulated drugstore cosmetics that are made in the USA and never tested on animals. YAY!
Okay, now onto the fragrances! FLOWER Beauty offers four signature scents:
Each of the four fragrances is available in an Eau de Perfume, an Eau de Perfume Rollerball, and a Fragrance Mist. The Eau de Perfume is obviously the most intense and vibrant, the rollerball is amazing for throwing in your purse or traveling, and the Fragrance Mist provides a fresh, light scent deposit that is great for everyday wear. It’s nice that they provide different versions of each fragrance. It definitely creates a versatile fragrance line!
I’ve got two of the FLOWER Beauty fragrances to share: Sparkling Garden Eau de Perfume and Sultry Fragrance Mist.
Sparkling Garden is the newest addition to the FLOWER Beauty fragrance line. This is an uplifting fragrance that has the perfect combination of fruity and floral scents. Sparkling Garden has vanilla bean and golden amber base notes. The middle and top notes are filled with a splash of luscious fruit and flower extracts like juicy pear, white peony, and raspberry nectar. As I said before, I have the Eau de Perfume of Sparkling Garden and the scent is vivid and feminine without being overbearing. I also have to mention that I’m obsessed with the Eau de Perfume bottle – so elegant! Overall I would say this is a girly but sophisticated perfume that’s perfect for those days you want to feel inspired, revived, and full of joy.
The Sultry Fragrance Mist is a sensual and seductive scent that gently resembles a floral, oriental trail. The alluring base notes of musk and patchouli, create the perfect platform for top scents of purple plum and night blooming jasmine. The mixture is incredibly romantic and passionate. The Fragrance Mist formula makes the scent more modest, but still just as enticing. This would be an amazing fragrance for a romantic date or special occasion.
Each of the four FLOWER fragrance scents is enhanced with the “FLOWER Heart Accord”, which is a unique fusion of peony, pink pepper, and cabbage rose. I like the idea that all of the fragrances have a core connection but are still super distinct in their own rights. You could totally mix and match fragrances for a little extra kick!
As you can see, there’s a scent for every mood and every occasion in the FLOWER Beauty fragrance line. Sparkling Garden is effervescently beautiful whereas Sultry is seductive and alluring. I’ll definitely be trying the other two scents once I can get my hands on them! I love when a fragrance reminds me of the outdoors. I don’t care for a strong flower scent but just something clean and fresh. These sound wonderful can’t wait to try them!
The Drew Barrymore flower glasees are very cheap made and a big disappointment. The first day i had them and when i picked them up the ear piece fall off. The glasees were very expensive for the way they are made. I do not believe Drew would approve or wear theses cheap made riff raff glasses.
