Ferro Makeup

Written by: Estefania Madrigal, Staff Writer

Ferro Cosmetics was created by its namesake, makeup artist Krissy Ferro. Ferro Cosmetics is cruelty free and made with 100% natural minerals, gluten free and vegan. Not only is the brand US-operated, but the product is made in the US as well.

I tried their eye shadows in Lime Lite, Whisper, and Plum Cream. I also tried their mineral bronzer in Glow Baby Glow, Blush X3 in Mulberry, and Gloss in Current Affair.

It isn’t until recently that I have been using mineral products because I can be pretty messy when it comes to loose powdered products, but I’ve really fallen for the Glow baby Glow Mineral Bronzer. It looks beautiful on the skin and can work as a blush for you as well because it is shimmery. Every time I’ve worn it, I’ve gotten a lot of compliments on my look. If you like shimmery goodness, it’s definitely a product you should look into buying.

Ferro Cosmetics

I cannot express how excited I was to have found their Lime Lite eyeshadow because of how much I love the mint color! I usually have such a hard time finding a product in this shade that works. I also tried Whisper which is a quiet, soft pink and Plum Cream which had a great pearl finish. The colors are rich and beautiful so it’s certainly not hard to fall in love with all of the colors they have. Although I’m usually not a gloss girl I really like Currant Affair, it’s too pretty to resist.

Thanks for the info. I\’m also quite conscious when it comes to the cosmetics that I use. Now I know what I will wear for the conference that I would be attending next month. Thank you.
