It’s a BEAUTIFUL day as I write this, here in Los Angeles! I am ready for Summer – bring on the sunshine and the Vitamin D! Not quite ready for bathing suits though…we’ll save that thought for another day!
Too Faced has a lovely resort-inspired palette called Summer Eyes. It includes nine gorgeous shades:
- Seashell – a matte babydoll pink
- Peach Fuzz – a sparkly golden taupe
- Sunbeam – a very sparkly yellow-gold
- Plumeria – a vibrant shimmery pink
- Coral Crush – a light orange-y coral
- Mermaid – a shimmery blue-green
- Cocoa Beach – a matte brown
- Chocolate Sun – a dark, shimmery brown
- Toasted Coconut – a light, shimmery brown
Here’s a photo of me wearing the Too Faced Bronzed & Poreless Perfecting Bronzer on my face (look for a review on that soon) and Coral Crush and Mermaid on my eyes.
The shadows are packaged in a tin container with a mirror and how-to booklet. The Too Faced site is showing that the palettes are out of stock at the moment, but hopefully they will have more soon!

Very pretty palette! Do you think the 3 larger shades could double as a blush/face highlighter? I thought that’s what they were at first and am not a bit disappointed! 😛
