Have An Egg-cellent Easter!

in Body, Vegan on 04/05/12

Lush Cosmetics reminds me of all the fun bathtime used to be before I became a boring adult. If I’m not half asleep in the shower in the morning, then I’m begrudgingly shaving my legs. Looking back to when I was a little girl, bathtime was all about bright, fun packaging, hot pink bubble bath and colorful foam soap. Bathtime was the ultimate playground of creativity. LUSH brings back all the fun that bathtime used to be but with a twist of sophistication. While you may be too old for an Easter basket, you’re never too old to enjoy these two new egg-cellent new inventions from LUSH this year!

The Carrot Re-Usuable Bubble Bar – Who said veggies are boring!? This re-usuable bubble bar is meant to be held by the “leafy greens” and swished around in a hot tub while it’s filling with hot water to create a mass of skin-softening bubbles. Why is it so skin-softening? It’s made with nutritious carrot oil, rich in vitamins and fruity oils like buchu, lemon and bergamot. I really loved the fresh scent and how this bubble bar really is reusable! I was also really surprised at how soft it made my skin.

The Immaculate Eggception Bath Bomb – The outer layer of this egg-cellent bath bombs acts as a home to a teeny-surprise, either a mini chick or bunny bath bomb. (I got a chick!) Both bombs can be thrown into the tub all at once or used separately. They smell like vanilla and were a ton of fun to use! This bath bomb is definitely large so if you can, it’s best to break up into small pieces and use for a few baths. You can use it all at once but you really don’t need to. I also love how it fizzes!

Check out LUSH Cosmetics other super cute Easter themed new products here.

Thank you very much for a wonderful post. Being in the industry myself … I should say that this is one of my recommended LUSH sets … thanks again Lauren for a wonderful article.
