The Ferrum Professional Styler ($180) looks like an ordinary flat iron, but it actually straightens hair without giving you that super straight/no body look (that is so early 2000’s!). The secret is Nano 3 Tech, tourmaline ceramic plates and one fabric-covered plate. The fabric lets heat pass through but doesn’t “iron” on both sides, so you get more volume and less damage. Wantable.com has a fun monthly themed box for every gal on your list. Choose from a beauty box with 4-5 full-sized premium makeup and cosmetic products; an accessory box with jewelry, sunglasses and other fun stuff; an intimates box with socks, undies, nightgowns, etc, or their seasonal holiday boxes. I was most impressed with the beauty box and the intimates box. My beauty box had brands like Lise Watier, Cailyn Cosmetics and some smaller, but really classy indie brands. The Intimates box came with Happy Socks (very cute name!), a Bella Canvas racerback tank (pink), Whimsy by Luniare bikini undies, and a Betsey Johnson Little Heart Mesh nightgown (WOW!). Each box is $40 or $36/month with a subscription. This would be an awesome gift to give or receive. A little bit of fun in your mailbox each month!

Gift Idea: Willa Smile Butter
Willa Smile ButterWilla is a cruelty free skincare line created for teens and tweens. I don’t care that I’m 33 years old – this lip gloss is the BOMB! They actually have a shimmery lip gloss and a matte lip butter called “Smile Butter.” The Smile Butter is made with shea butter and comes with a pot. It’s not greasy at all and it comes in a solid almost jello-like state. It’s super moisturizing, and comes in 3 flavors. My favorite is the Miami Mango because it has a subtle orange/coral tint, which is really hard to find in a lip balm. You can get the trio lip set for $19 (Miami Mango, St. Tropez Strawberry and Vera Cruz Vanilla). All Willa products are paraben free, sulfate free, DEA free, phthalate free, made in the USA – and cruelty free! I’m currently testing the skincare line as well, and will let you know my thoughts.
