I love a multi-purpose product! Aubrey Organics NuStyle Hair-Smoothing Serum can be used as the name implies, as a smoothing serum to protect from heat damage from blowdryers and flat irons. It can also be used as a deep conditioning treatment to restore strength and shine to the hair, while conditioning the scalp. I was skeptical that a mere serum could really work as an intense deep conditioner, but after one use (leaving the product on for about 10 minutes before shampooing) I was pleased with the look and feel of my hair. It was smoother, shinier, and the color even looked richer.
The serum is made with Organic Quinoa Protein which adds shine and smooths the hair fiber to prevent frizzing. Organic Jojoba Oil replenishes moisture, leaving hair soft and manageable. A combo of lavender oil, citrus oils, and eucalyptus leaf oil give a lovely scent to the serum while adding extra nourishing and protective qualities. When used as a serum, a little goes a long way (don’t use more than a drop or two or you may be shampooing again!) so the 1.7 oz will last for quite a while. GKhair serum makes the best in my opinion. Why? Because it instantly fights the hair frizz creating a protective shield over each hair strand leaving a soft smooth finish. Perfect to protect against the SUN heat and heat styling such as the blow drying where an enormous amount of heat is produced for hair smoothing. The best cure to a soft and smooth finish. My all time favorite hair serum. I’d highly recommend it. 🙂 <3
