Journals are wonderful, but they often become a mix of random notes and frustrated venting (we’ve all been there!).
While that’s perfectly okay, I suggest keeping one journal as a dedicated happy space – just for uplifting thoughts.

- Fill it only with things that inspire you, like:
- Positive affirmations
- Gratitude lists
- Happy moments from your day
- New perspectives you want to adopt
- Solutions to stressors
- Self-care checklists
- Letters to your future self
- Beautiful things you noticed
- Hopeful thoughts about your future
- Notes on removing negativity and inviting more joy
